ALUMAWASH
Special Size Cleanable Air Filter

For general HVAC filtration at an economical price, the DP FILTERS ALUMAWASH combines the filtration characteristics of the common furnace filter with a one-piece aluminum U-Frame construction, and is designed for use where any 1", 2", or 1/2" disposable filter is used. Has several layers (depending on depth) of expanded aluminum mesh enclosed in all aluminum frame.

Design and Construction


FILTER MEDIA
The filter media used in all filters is a progressive layer of slit and expanded aluminum, varying in pattern to obtain maximum depth loading media, specially manufactured to meet rigid performance specifications.

Media is rated with an ASHRAE 52.1-92 average synthetic dust weight arrestance of 67% at 520 FPM on 1" thick series.

ENCLOSING FRAME
Utilizes RP Web-Lok Frame for extra rigidity and durability.

The ALUMAWASH Air Filter is available in all special sizes, and is available in the 1", 2", and 1/2" configuration. Filters longer than 30" use center straps if necessary.
