Filter Media
The filter media used in all filters will be Fiberbond’s high
performance, non-woven, reinforced synthetic fabric, specially
manufactured to meet rigid performance specifications. Media is treated
with Antimicrobial (Biocide) compound for greater maintenance worker
protection during change-out of dirty air filters. SPOR-AX® kills
spores/molds that come in contact with filter fiber.
Media is available with an ASHRAE 52.1-92 (atmospheric) efficiency of
25-30%*.
Media Support
The media support is an unique blend of synthetic fibers, adhesive,
and bonding agents to eliminate use of metal grids – allows better
disposal by incineration or shredding if desired.

Pleat Design
The filter employs a "radial V" pleat design. This
guarantees total usage of filter media, and maximum dust holding
capacity. This gives the user a greatly extended service life for cost
savings.
Enclosing Frame
The PINCH PLEAT GOLD utilizes a one-piece heavy-duty chipboard frame
for additional stability and the elimination of air-bypass with its
stapled assembly. 2" available in four-piece white beverage board
frame. |
The PINCH PLEAT
GOLD is available in all special sizes, and is available in the 1"
configuration.
Standard Capacity Specifications:
1" Depth = 10-11
Pleats/Foot
*Average efficiencies may vary 5 points. These variances are typical
of filters in the medium efficiency category when tested in accordance
with ASHRAE 52.1-92 standard |
