Description:

Fiberbond Rigid Pad, as its name implies, is a rigid sheet of quality polyester media. The Rigid Pad can be easily cut to form a wide range of special size filters. The most simple method is using a paper cutter. When cut to the desired size, the Rigid Pad forms a self-contained, self-supporting filter, providing 100% effective filtering area. No additional support or chipboard framing is required. The Fiberbond Rigid Pad provides improved filtration over typical fiberglass or animal hair products.

Applications:

The applications for the new Rigid Pad are innumerable. High volume users like motels, fast food chains, hotels, using unique size filters can substantially reduce replacement costs. The low resistence allows the pad to be used where the resistence of standard polyesters are too high for specific applications.
