Fiberbond polyester medias are of the highest quality. Manufactured by the air laid process, they offer consistent uniformity and performance. Available in a choice of three thicknesses, dry or tackified and widths of up to 92 inches to meet your specific needs.

THE AIR LAID PROCESS PROVIDES: FIBERBOND TACKIFIED MEDIA OFFERS:



  1. Random Fiber Distribution - Fibers are randomly laid in all directions throughout the web. This offers more cross-over points for dirt to be trapped.
  2. Uniformity - The fibers form a uniform web in appearance. There are no voids or thin spots for dirt to pass through.
  3. Strength - Air laid webs provide exceptional strength and durability in all directions.

 
  1. A tackifier that is locked into the web.
  2. The tackifier cannot migrate since it is part of the actual bonding system.
  3. A uniform coating of all fibers in the downstream side of the web.
  4. Dirt that has been trapped in the media is held tight by the tackifier.
