FIBERBOND DUSTLOK

	The Fiberbond DUSTLOK CUBE is a tapered design which provides 100% media utilization of a fifteen inch deep cube. The self-sealing feature offers quick, easy installation and change out. The pressure fit of the internal wire ring locks the cube in place, preventing dirt by-pass. For side access or applications using hold down clips, the DUSTLOK Cube 'H' with galvanized header frame is available.
	The Fiberbond DUSTLOK 440 CUBE design provides two large tapered pockets fifteen inches in depth. An internal wire support grid provides a self=sealing fit, securely locking the cube in place. This assures airborne contaminant's enter through the open face and become trapped with-in the extended media surface area provided.
	The Fiberbond DUSTLOK 660 CUBE design provides three large tapered pockets fifteen inches in depth. It offers increased media area for increased dust holding in applications with high dirt concentration. THe same self-sealing concept locks the DUSTLOK 660 in place, eliminating the concern of dirt by-pass.
	The Fiberbond DUSTLOK 30-HC is a multi-pocket filter twelve inches in depth. Individual pocket edges and internal dividing bars are welded by means of dielectric heat sealing so there are no stitch holes. Pockets are assembled using individual modular design with a wrap-around channel. The exceptionally high dust holding capacity provides long life.
	The Fiberbond DUSTLOK PANELS and LINK PANELS with its distinct dual density construction is the heart of the DustlokPanel. High dust holding is obtained by depth loading into the coarse white matrix. The orange tightly needled layer is deeply impregnated with adhesive, providing both exceptional dust retention and high efficiencies in the ASHRAE test standard and particle size evaluations. The internal wire support grid is heat sealed in place for extra integrity while dirt by-pass is eliminated with the self-sealing design. All linked panels are fabricated using internal grids with two cross wires in the "push" direction for ease of installation.

	The Fiberbond DUSTLOK AUTO ROLL polyester media is manufactured by Fiberbond assuring consistent quality. The media, produced by the air-laid process, is uniform in appearance, high in resiliency, non-directional in strength, and reinforced with a polyester scrim backing.
