Fiberbond Dustlok® High Performance Media

The Fiberbond Dustlok® Polyester Media is available in several different product variations. The filter media has the same characteristics as described below.

Spor-Ax® Antimicrobial is a biocide that destroys the growth of mold, mildew, algae and bacteria.

Distinct Dual Density provides maximum dust loading and dust retention. The white, air entering surface is designed for depth loading, while the orange, dense downstream design prevents dirt from passing through the media.

Unique Dustlok Adhesive uniformly coats one-half of the total fibers (downstream section) during the actual formation of the media.

Results In Increased Performance. Dual-Ply Dustlok does not unload part way into the filter service life. The media's uniqueness provides increasing performance during use, up to the point of change out.

Dustlok Renews Its Effectiveness by absorbing dust particles into the adhesive, thus trapping them onto the surface of the individual fibers.

Dustlok Will Not Dry Out in use due to the non-volatile chemical composition of its adhesive formulation.

Dustlok Will Not Migrate It becomes an integral part of the media matrix formed during production. test conducted at velocities of 900 fpm showed NO migration.

Operating Temperatures Up To 200ºF (104ºC) are acceptable with no adverse effect in the performance or media integrity.

Dual-Ply Dustlok Is Available in a wide range of products including: pre-cut pads, bulk rolls, self sealing panels and links, cubes and multi-pocket wedges.

Dustlok Is Always printed with the "Fiberbond Dustlok Spor-Ax" names.
