Pleated Air Filter

For greater filtration at an economical price, the DP FILTERS DP-30-8 PLEAT combines the filtration characteristics of the name brand pleats with the die-cut white frame construction of a standard pleat, and is designed for use where any 1", 2", or 4" pleated or disposable filter is used. Has a coated white beverage board frame, expanded metal grid media support, and all white media for attractive appearances.

Design and Construction

Filter Media
The filter media used in all filters is a high performance, non-woven, reinforced white cotton/synthetic fabric, specially manufactured to meet rigid performance specifications. All white appearance.

Media is available with an ASHRAE 52.1-92 (atmospheric) efficiency of 25-30%*.

Media Support
The media support is an "expanded diamond" grid with 97% open area. The filter media is bonded to the media support to insure pleat stability throughout the life of the filter.

Pleat Design
The filter employs a "radial V" pleat design. This guarantees total usage of filter media, and maximum dust holding capacity. This gives the user a greatly extended service life for cost savings.

Enclosing Frame
The DP-30-8 PLEAT utilizes a die-cut heavy-duty white beverage board-top and bottom frame securely glued in place.

The DP-30-8 PLEAT is available in all special sizes, and is available in the 1", 2" and 4" configuration. Filters longer than 36" use a book-style assembly.

Bid Grade Capacity Specifications:

1" Depth = 9-10 Pleats/Foot

2" Depth = 7-8 Pleats/Foot

4" Depth = 6-7 Pleats/Foot
