DP-10 AIR FILTER

Fiberglass or Polyester Media

For general HVAC filtration at an economical price, the DP FILTERS DP-10 throwaway combines the filtration characteristics of the common furnace filter with the four piece white U-Frame construction of a throwaway, and is designed for use where any 1", 2", 4" or 1/2" disposable filter is used. Has a coated beverage board frame and metal grid, if applicable, for filter support.

Design and Construction



Filter Media
The filter media used in all filters is a high arrestance, graded density fiberglass or polyester, specially manufactured to meet rigid performance specifications.

Media choices are available with an ASHRAE 52.1-92 average synthetic dust weight arrestance ranging from 72% to 90%.

Media Support
The media support is a "Bottlecap" grid with 92% open area. The filter media is glued to the frame and grid to insure stability throughout the life of the filter.

Filter Media Choices
A) Std. spun fiberglass graded density media commonly used in furnace filters.

B) Polyester - Dry, "Dry-Tacki", and "Wet-Tacki" for greater performance and durability

The DP-10 Air Filter is available in all special sizes, and is available in the 1", 2", 4", and 1/2" configuration. Filters longer than 36" use a book-style assembly.
